Our growing product range includes compact compaction bodies, rear and side loading refuse bodies, tipping and multi-stream collection bodies and the Maclifter range of single and double bin lifters, manufactured for both Macpac vehicles and other refuse body manufacturers.
Our products support the collection of food waste, medical waste, general waste, glass, cardboard and other recycling materials, with equipment configured around the waste stream, required payload, chassis and collection environment.
With body and chassis combinations ranging from compact 7.5-tonne vehicles through to 26-tonne chassis, Macpac helps operators find the right balance of payload, capacity and manoeuvrability.
Supported by our specialist aftersales operation across the UK and Ireland, we provide customers with support throughout the working life of their equipment.
An 11m³ fully sealed compaction body, available on 12t, 15t, 16t and 18t chassis.
Suitable for food waste, medical waste, general waste, cardboard and other recycling materials, the Macpac 110 combines high payload potential with a compact footprint, minimal rear overhang and a 500kg double bin lifter.
For food waste applications, payload can be up to 9.3 tonnes, depending on chassis and final specification.
Available with MacRinse – our integrated Bin Rinse System.

A compact 6.5m³ fully sealed compaction body, available on 7.5t to 12t chassis.
Suitable for food waste, medical waste, general waste, cardboard and other recycling materials, the Macpac 65 combines useful payload with a highly manoeuvrable footprint for urban streets, rural roads and restricted-access collection rounds.
In food waste configuration, payload can be up to 6 tonnes, depending on chassis and final specification.

A versatile range of tipping bodies from 9m³ to 32m³, available on chassis from 7.5t to 26t.
Designed particularly for food waste and glass, as well as other appropriate waste and recycling streams, Mactip can be configured with single, split and multiple compartments.
This allows operators to collect different waste streams on the same vehicle while keeping them separate.
The Mactip 150 (15m³) and Mactip 300 (30m³) are key models within the range.

Available in 3.5m³ and 5m³, Macpod is a fully sealed side-tipping collection pod designed to add another independent waste stream or additional capacity to a vehicle.
Particularly suited to food waste and glass, Macpod can be combined with Mactip to create flexible multi-stream collection vehicles.

A major Macpac product range in its own right, Maclifter is our UK-manufactured range of direct-mounted wheeled-bin lifting systems.
Available as single 250kg SWL and double 500kg SWL bin lifters, Maclifter can handle compatible wheeled bins from 80L through to 1260L.
Maclifters are fitted to Macpac bodies and are also supplied directly to other refuse body manufacturers and body builders for integration with their own equipment.
Side and rear-loading configurations are available, with lifter solutions for body roof heights from approximately 2400mm to 3500mm, as well as custom roof and deck-height requirements.

MacRinse is our integrated Bin Rinse System for the Macpac 110 and Macrel 140, allowing containers to be emptied, washed and rinsed as part of the collection operation.
Combining onboard water storage, a high-pressure wash lance and integrated roof-mounted rinse jets, MacRinse can reduce the need for a separate bin-washing vehicle and crew.
The retractable high-pressure lance also provides crews with a practical means of washing down areas of the vehicle body and cleaning up spillages where required.

Chassis size is a fundamental part of specifying the right refuse collection vehicle.
Across the Macpac range, products can be fitted to chassis from 7.5t through to 26t, depending on the body and application.
Larger chassis generally provide greater potential for useful payload, while smaller chassis provide advantages in manoeuvrability and access.
Actual payload depends on the complete vehicle specification, including body, chassis, lifters, weighing systems and additional equipment.
Whether the requirement is for a compact 7.5t collection vehicle, a 12t RCV, a 16t food waste lorry or a larger multi-stream vehicle, our team can help match the body and chassis to the collection round.
The Macpac 65 provides a compact solution on 7.5t to 12t chassis, with food waste payload of up to 6 tonnes, depending on specification.
The Macpac 110 is available on 12t, 15t, 16t and 18t chassis, providing an 11m³ fully sealed body and food waste payload of up to 9.3 tonnes, depending on chassis and specification.
The Macrel 140 provides a 14m³ rear-loading solution on a 12t chassis, with integrated packing and ejector discharge.
Both the Macpac 110 and Macrel 140 can also be specified with MacRinse, providing integrated bin washing and rinsing as part of the collection operation.

Where food waste needs to be collected alongside glass or another separate waste stream, the Mactip range provides another approach.
Available across 7.5t to 26t chassis, Mactip tipping bodies can be configured with split and multiple compartments, allowing food waste and glass – or other appropriate waste streams – to be collected on the same vehicle while remaining separate.
Macpod can provide an additional fully sealed compartment for further multi-stream flexibility.

For operators requiring bin cleaning as part of their service, the Macpac 110 and Macrel 140 can be specified with MacRinse, allowing containers to be emptied, washed and rinsed as part of the collection operation.
The separate high-pressure lance can also be used for washing down the vehicle body or dealing with spillages, providing crews with an additional onboard cleaning facility.
