Macpac Refuse Bodies showcased its expanding range of refuse collection vehicles at RWM 2026, introducing two exciting new products to the industry.
Held at the NEC Birmingham on 16–17 September, RWM provided an excellent opportunity for Macpac to connect with customers, industry partners and waste management professionals from across the UK and beyond.
This year's exhibition marked an important milestone for Macpac, with the launch of two new additions to our product range: the Macrel 140 and the Mactip Polybody.
Introducing the Macrel 140
The new Macrel 140 is a 14m³ refuse collection body designed to deliver efficient waste collection in a compact vehicle configuration with a rear-loading bin lifter.
Mounted on a 12-tonne chassis, the Macrel 140 combines a generous collection capacity with practical features, including an integrated packing blade, ejector panel and a 500kg safe working load bin lifter.
The Macrel 140 further strengthens Macpac's range of compact refuse collection vehicles, providing operators with additional choice to suit their collection requirements.
Launching the Mactip Polybody
Also making its debut at RWM was the new Mactip Polybody, a 10m³ polymer-bodied waste collection vehicle.
Constructed using UV-stabilised polypropylene, the Mactip Polybody offers a lightweight and practical solution for waste collection operations.
Designed for a 7.5-tonne chassis, the vehicle offers payload capacity of up to 3.9 tonnes, with sliding access doors on both sides and an integrated bin lifter.
The introduction of the Mactip Polybody represents another step in Macpac's commitment to developing innovative, practical solutions for the waste collection industry.
Showcasing Our Established Product Range
Alongside the two new launches, visitors had the opportunity to explore our established Macpac 110 refuse collection vehicle and Maclifter bin lifting solutions.
The Macpac 110 continues to be a core part of our range, offering a versatile 11m³ refuse collection body suited to a variety of commercial and municipal waste collection applications.
Together, the four products demonstrated Macpac's growing range of solutions for waste collection operators.
